Cancellation Policy
Please understand when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time and our clients waiting miss the opportunity to receive our services. Please give us 24 hours notice to cancel/amend booking to avoid 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our business and we hope you can understand our need to enforce this policy. Thank you for understanding. AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS After hours appointments may be available for an additional $25 fee. LATENESS Please be on time for your appointment, we can give or take a couple minutes anything longer your appointment will be cancelled and the cancellation policy will come into effect.
